Reebok’s newest cross-trainer does the work of two shoes. Flip a switch to change the SelectRide from a flat, stable trainer for weightlifting to a cushioned running shoe. The magic happens in the sole, where air bladders inflate to offer 4mm of extra cushioning for pounding the treadmill, or deflate to stiffen the shoes’ frames when powering through dumbbell squats.
